Gift Vouchers from Kathis

Gift vouchers from Kathis Shoes with a value between €25 and €500 can be purchased in the online shop at www.kathis-shoes.com. The generally accepted payment methods of the online shop apply.

After completing your purchase in the shop, you will receive an email containing the voucher in PDF format with the corresponding value, ready for self-printing. Each voucher includes a unique code that can be redeemed at any time in the online shop. You may print the voucher, forward the email directly to the person you wish to gift, or add the code to a voucher designed by you personally.

Redeeming the Voucher

The gift voucher can be redeemed online or in person at the Kathis atelier. Cash payment or payout of any remaining balance is not possible.

Refund of Used Vouchers

If a voucher is used during an order, the voucher value is allocated in equal parts across the number of items in the shopping cart. The price of each individual item does not affect this allocation.

If you return the entire order, the voucher will be reactivated and can be used again. If only individual items from the order are returned, you will receive a partial voucher which can be used for your next order.
