Gift cards from Kathis

Gift cards worth between €25 and €500 can be purchased in the online shop at www.kathis-shoes.com. The generally valid payment methods of the online shop apply.

Following your purchase via the shop, you will be sent an e-mail with the corresponding value of the voucher as a PDF for you to print out yourself. Each voucher contains a unique code that can be redeemed at any time in the online shop. You are welcome to print out the voucher, simply forward the email to the person you would like to give the gift to or apply the code to a customised voucher that you have designed yourself.

Redeeming the gift card
The gift card can be redeemed online or at Kathis atelier. Gift cards are valid for 3 years after purchase.

Payment of the gift card or the remaining amount is not possible.

Refund of used gift cards
If a gift card is used for an order, the value of the gift card will be deducted in equal parts from the number of items in the shopping basket. The amount of the respective item price has no influence on this.
If you return the entire order, the gift card will be recharged and can be used again. If only individual items from the order are returned, you will receive a pro-rata gift card that you can use again for your next order.
