Our models are manufactured in Italy—in close collaboration with a family-run manufacturer that has specialized in high-quality women's shoes for many years.

Made in Italy – Craftsmanship with substance

Our shoes are manufactured in the Marche region, a traditional center of Italian shoemaking. Here, our models are produced in small series, with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of materials, shapes, and fit.

Kathi works personally with the production partners and closely monitors the processes – from the first sketch to the finished shoe. This direct collaboration enables conscious decisions to be made and quality to be maintained at a consistently high level.

Selected materials are used, mainly from Italy and Germany. Short distances, well-established processes, and long-standing relationships ensure reliability and workmanship that you can see and feel.

Fit for plus sizes – developed from the ground up

Women's shoes in large sizes have special requirements.
Many manufacturers simply scale existing models upwards – but this approach does not do justice to reality.

At Kathis Shoes, all lasts are developed specifically for plus sizes. The aim is to create a feminine shape that combines stability, balance, and comfort. This development work is particularly important for elegant models such as Chelsea boots or sandals in order to ensure harmonious lines and a comfortable walking experience.

The fit is not a matter of chance, but the result of intensive development work and practical experience.
