Fashion is more than just clothing; it is an expression of our personality and femininity. In a world where women are getting taller, the demand for fashionable shoes in large sizes is also increasing. Women with a height of 1.81 m and shoe sizes from 42 to 45
are no longer a rarity.

Kathis has made it its mission to meet this need.

The founder, Katharina Rühl, is 1.81 m tall and wears shoe size 42/43 and is herself a plus-size woman. It was important to her to create beautiful opportunities for all women to express their femininity - and to do so with responsible handling of all suppliers and materials and with a high quality and durability standard.

Kathi doesn't even come from the shoe industry. Over the course of 3.5 years, she taught herself step by step all the skills needed to build a collection and a shoe label through learning by doing. She gradually got to know every step, every supplier, every material.
