Returns (take care of the shoes.)

If the shoes do not fit you, you can legally send the unworn goods back to us within 14 days. (your legal right of withdrawal)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, KATHIS offers you the option of returning your unworn and undamaged goods to us within 28 days. (your voluntary right of return)

Start of your 14 day or 28 day period: the day after receipt of the goods.

To make use of the voluntary right of return, send the goods back within the aforementioned period to the KATHIS address specified in the return documents enclosed with the delivery or hand them in there (preferably after telephone consultation).

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs for a return must be borne by you as the buyer.

It is important that you provide sufficient postage for the return.
For returns not free of charge or with insufficient postage, we reserve the right to offset the additional costs incurred by DHL against the credit for your return.

Packaging and condition of the return

Pack your return well to ensure intact and safe shipping. It's best to simply use the packaging material in which we delivered your order to you. Also add this completed form.

The prerequisite for the voluntary right of return is that the goods are in an unused and perfect condition when returned. We therefore reserve the right, at our own discretion, to refuse to take back goods if they do not reach us including all components (e.g. boxes and protective bags for shoes), if the goods are not in their original condition (e.g. if labels, Protective films etc. have been removed from the goods) or if the goods have deteriorated. If we nevertheless take back returned goods, we are entitled to demand compensation from you in an appropriate amount and to set this off against any purchase price payment that has already been made.

The costs for the return must be borne by the buyer.
Therefore, make sure that the return shipment has sufficient postage.

You will receive a refund for your returned items within fourteen days of receiving and inspecting your return.
The refund will be made to the payment method originally chosen.
